TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, VURAAI, you as the commissioner agree to the following:

  1. PERSONAL USE ONLY, the commissioner cannot use the commissioned artwork commercially, as a NFT, or used in any way shape or form with AI.

  2. Full up-front payment is required before the commission has begun. Payment plans can be discussed.

  3. You will not file a chargeback claim for any reason after the commission is completed. NO RETURNS. I will only give a refund if I am physically unable to work on the commission.

  4. ANY AND ALL REVISIONS must be done during the sketch / discussing phase.

  5. If the commissioned artwork is uploaded anywhere (Instagram, ToyHouse, etc), I must be credited.

  6. UNLESS STATED to be kept private, I have the right to upload the commissioned artwork anywhere (social media, portfolio, etc) with credit to the commissioner.

  7. I have full copyright to the commissioned artwork, though I DO NOT claim the intellectual property of the artwork.
